  20. As with most institutions that offer network access to a commercial service, UGA restricts use to people with UGA ID numbers. to wit:

  42. If you still want access to their catalog, it's available via tn3270 to uga.cc.uga.edu (apparently also by telnet to gsvm2.cc.gasou.edu, but our nameserver does not care for that address).

If this is important to you, contact your own library and ask what plans they have for adding an encyclopedia to their online catalogs.  I note that NWU is already shelling out for Medline and the Expanded Academic Index; Grolier's Encyclopedia is probably already high on their list of possible additions, and the squeaky wheel usually gets the grease.
