- The editions of 'The Books of Blood' I have don't have 'The Forbidden'
- in them either. It's in my paperback titled 'In the Flesh' which I assume
- to be the 4th BoB. Not sure why it's not just the 4th BoB though and I
- think 'Cabal' is the 5th in the series (not sure on that point).
