  23. Call me naive (go ahead!), but I am a lot less worried about Congress
  24. discriminating against G/L/B people than most other institutions in this
  25. country.  After all, any one can be elected to Congress and hold
  26. a position of power.  That is not so true in IBM, the US Navy, or the CIA.
