- Well, Clinton has talked about adding sexual orientation to the
- list of protected classes in the federal Civil Rights Act.

- That would cover every aspect, including civilian security
- clearances, as far as I know. It would not, however, be binding
- on the military, or on congress itself. Congress exempts itself
- from most of its own laws.
