- I have built this too and am very interested in the modifications. I have
- found this to be a very good unit and will use it in preference to my BOSS
- pedal anyday due to its warm, rich sound. I have found no problem with the
- bass response ( I have two humbucker pick-ups ), but when switching from
- rhythm to lead the extra-gain is a real problem. I never actually use the
- lead position due to this and find I can get a wide variety of Hendrix style
- sounds ( eg Purple Haze tube sound ) as near correct as possible just using
- the rhythm position. Any help appreciated.
