  11. I have a Diamond SpeedStar 24X.  I would like to know what is considered to 
  12. be the "best" GIF and JPEG viewer.  I would rather it be DOS based, but 
  13. Windows is okay.  Ideally, I want it to be one program, but two is okay.  
  14. The 24X can do 1280 x 1024, and so I would like a program that (hopefully) 
  15. will hopefully use my card's full ability.
