  11. I'm looking for a rather off-the-wall utility that may exist, 
  12. but probably doesn't.  I'm just asking before I go off and write one
  13. myself.   anyway.. onward..

  15. I've got an Envision 220 (vt100-esque, with Tek 4014-esque, and 16 from
  16. 4096 color extentions). anyway. I want a tool (preferably useable with
  17. pbmplus utils or some such) that will convert an image bitmap into
  18. dots i can plot on my tek-esque screen.  the things graphics screen can
  19. display 640x400x16, (from 4096 colors), so I figure it's slightly better
  20. than an old EGA display. It'd make a neat hack to get an old 16 color GIF
  21. up on one..........

  23. (Yes, you read that right, I want a Tek GIF viewer.  I warned you it was 
  24. obscure..)

  26. anyway.. The envision display i've got is quite perfectly capable of 
  27. doing it (albiet REALLY slowly at 9600bps), I just dont want to 
  28. reinvent the wheel or anything...
