  16. I am looking for a color editor for raster images.
  17. I have a number of images with relatively few colors in them (screen dumps)
  18. and I need to make changes such as making the desktop blue or making the
  19. window background color grey.
  20. Does anyone know of a utility which reads an image and allows me to edit
  21. either the colormap or the actual pixels in this way? Preferably PD.
  22. I have pbmplus (Version of 05oct91) so I am able to use any of pbm supported
  23. formats.  My final target format is tiff.
  24. I'm running X11R5 on Sparcs. I also have access to Macs.
