  24. Whoa, you lost me!!!  The title says 3 fist method.  Assuming you're using 
  25. 3 fist method, you say you can't use crouching roundhouse, so I assume you're
  26. using 3 foot method.  THEN, you say this is about "T-F" method and that 
  27. confuses me even more?  3-fist or 3-foot?????
