- I have been reading about etiquette involving Street Fighter machines
- and basically, I feel that the whole point of the game is to win ->
- by any means possible. The cheap moves can be countered, except possibly
- for some combos, but lets face it, the object of the game is to beat
- your opponent with whatever powers and skill you have. Bison's flaming
- torpedo is his speciality and if a player constantly flames back and
- forth, then thats okay because that's his special move.
-
- If someone attacked you on the street would you give your attacker
- time to recuperate and let him attack you again just because it wouldn't
- be FAIR to hit him while you've got an advantage? Hell no.!!
- I myself do not play cheap and I do let my opponent win the second round
- if he's inexperienced, but the minute somone cheaps me, I cheap them
- back!
-
- StreetFighter is hte name of the game and you win anyway you have to. I
- am sure almost everybody agrees with me.
- Oh, by the way, if you don't agree with me, I suggest you write a letter
- to Capcom telling them to test the characters throughly and to lessen
- some characters powers if they are deemed to unfair.
- Etiquette , my fellow fighters, begins not with the players but with
- the manufacturer who created the game. ake a look at Mortal Kombat.
- You really cant cheap somone in that game becasue the player's powers
- are pretty much evened out.
-
- What do oyu think?
