  19. If they say no, then you know.  If you ask and they say they don't
  20. appreciate it, then you know.  If you make advances after that, you 
  21. are knowingly making unwanted advances.  I think most rules/laws 
  22. use this logic except in obvious cases (e.g.  "Suck my dick or you're
  23. fired!").

  35. Many women do not like any sexual advances at work.  Some men like any
  36. sexual advances by women (or at least claim they do).  For these people 
  37. to understand what it is like to be the recipient of an unwanted advance,
  38. it is easiest to choose one that would like be unwanted by them.

  40. If you don't like that comparison, think of the one woman you would 
  41. least like to grab your butt and imagine that.

  43. Besides, what if the woman is a lesbian?  Since most homosexuals are in 
  44. the closet (especially at work), you probably wouldn't even know if you
  45. asked her.
