  35. Tell me Philip, what do you think you can tell from net postings? Can you
  36. tell that Muffy is a good programmer? Can you tell how good? It might work
  37. if you had a god-like overview and could compare posted opinions to some
  38. absolute standard. Otherwise, it sounds like the most you could gather would
  39. be a personal opinion based zero% on work performance.
