  27. It is UNWANTED sexual advances that are considered harrassment.  I know it
  28. is hard for many men to understand why unwanted sexual advances might be
  29. bad, but imagine if your male boss patted your butt and greeted you with
  30. "aren't you handsome today" and kept saying that you looked like you had
  31. a delicious penis.  How would that make you feel?

  33. Some gay men might like that sort of attention, but most heterosexual men
  34. would be very upset.

  36. Imagine that you were very lucky to get the job, and you need it desparately
  37. to support your family, and you think that you might get fired if you
  38. object to strongly to the advances.
