- Maybe this is just stupid gossip, so maybe (hopefully) someone out
- there can correct me. I believe, recently, Enrico Coveri and Patrick
- Kelly have died in AIDS. Claude Montana is infected. Yves Saint Laurent
- is infected. Jean-Paul Gaultier is infected, and presumably many more
- of the top designers. What about Kenzo, Valentino, Karl Lagerfeldt?
- Gianfranco Ferre seems so bourgois, so he ~must~ be on the safe side!?
-
- What will happen if a whole generation of fashion designers just
- disappears? A lot of room will be left for young designers. Will there
- be enough talent around to fill the need, and if so will those talents
- be mature enough to do it? Who is coming and doesn't have aids?
