  18. I do know for a fact that he liked "A Damsel in Distress" (Of course
  19. he may be mixing it up with some other book!) as the story poured out
  20. in one sitting - I think he wrote it in prison with friendly
  21. cell-mates looking eagerly over his shoulder..
