- THe current Wodehouse series on PBS is indeed a product of the BBC, and
- although I hadn't really noticed the discrepency between American series
- and Brit, I don't recall there being anything particularly unusual in
- Jeeves and Wooster running as long as it did (I was in Wales when they
- originally ran.)
- For any who don't know, Laury and Fry (forgive the spelling if it is wrong)
- have worked together on numerous occasions and are fairly well known in the
- UK.

- As to the old Whodehouse series; it was called "Wodehouse Playhouse" and it was
- based on the Mulliner stories.

- My opinion of the series? They ham it up a good bit, but somehow it works--more because of Wodehouse than the actors, I imagine.
