  14. In re an earlier post: Yes, Jeeves' first name is Reginald.  We discover this
  15. when Bingley (you remember Bingley, the one who tries to dismember Bertie 
  16. with a carving knife) comes up to J and B in the Junior Ganymede after B has
  17. just nearly been run over by a cab and greets J as "Reggie."  This causes B
  18. to "freeze in his seat," thinking what embarassment it would have caused had
  19. J's first name been Bertie.  What a convoluted explanation! but there you
  20. have it.
