  11. On unusual Wodehouse books...  while the school stories (The White Feather,
  12. The Head of Kay's, The Gold Bat, Mike at Wrykin (I think there's one more))
  13. fall into a different class, they make enjoyable reading.

  15. However, there has been one Wodehouse book that has no humour
  16. whatsoever, and stands apart from all the others that I've read -
  17. "The Coming of Bill" (a pre-quel (if such a word exists) to
  18. "Bill the Conquerer"). Does anyone know about the background
  19. behind this book?

  21. He also wrote "Louder.. and Funnier," which (in my opinion)
  22. may have been louder, but wasn't funnier. Are there any
  23. others in this class?
