- Another Rhoadside Attraction was the first TR book I ever read. I
- enjoyed the begginning a lot because of the strange characters and
- situations that he created. I also found numberous little pearls
- of wisdom (mainly antidisestablishmentarianistic (oh.. big word)
- stuff) but it pressed all the right buttons.
-
- I really gained a lot of respect for TR though when they discovered
- the corpse of jesus christ. Suddenly I was in the middle of the
- arguement with them. It was amazing because each time I would
- read what one of the characters would say, I would think ---
- EXACTLY... but then think.. but on the other hand what about...
- (I always argue both sides of an issue in my head to death)...
- and then I would read exactly what I was just thinking as the words
- of the person arguing with that one. I thoguht it was really
- cool how he managed to (at least in my opinion) argue both sides
- of a truly complex hypothetical issue...
-
- If I found te corpse, I would most likely want to expose it to
- the world.. (even though as one of the peopel in the book pointed
- out they would just work the dogma around the new inconvenience)
-
- Sorry if I'm being very vague on the names but it was the first TR
- book I read andd I read it quite a few years ago..
