  35. 1) The ratio was 3:1 men to women.  1:1 would look like there
  36.    was sex going on.  3:1 the other direction would be having
  37.    harems.

  39. 2) Starfleet Academy is no more a "government program for the advancement
  40.   of minorities" than is William Jewell College in Liberty Mo.  It
  41. is designed to train the best and brightest for starship work.  There
  42. are equal numbers from The United States of Africa as there are from anywhere
  43. else.
