  24. Well, I'm not John, but it sounds like someone is once again attempting to pass
  25. off unfounded partisan accusations as facts.  It sounds much like the media
  26. rantings about the supposed "October Surprise".  It holds as much water as 
  27. the accusations of Clinton organizing anti-US rallies in the USSR.  It's
  28. nothing more than wishful thinking.
