  29. What seems like  a good idea today may turn out to be a foolish idea when 
  30. you think about it for a while and consider all the possible 
  31. ramifications.  A mass media convention called prematurely might lead 
  32. craven politicians to crater in to public demands for actions that later 
  33. turn out to be foolish.
