  26. Individual rights should not be denied, abridged, or enhanced at the
  27. expense of other people's rights. Certainly the government must not be
  28. allowed to cater to prejudices even of a majority, and all forms of
  29. governmental discrimination, such as banning homosexuals from military
  30. service, restrictive immigration laws, and preferences to married
  31. heterosexuals in the tax laws and in social security benefits should be
  32. ended.

  35. government in the private sector is also an infringement of individual
  36. rights. It should not be within the province of government to make
  37. decisions as to whom you must hire, rent, or serve, anymore than the
  38. government should attempt to make decisions as to with whom you should
  39. sleep.
