  20. events in vietnam. You will notice that there
  21. were personnel let out of military service,
  22. being but ONE of the minor things that point out
  23. the DOD was well aware that there was NO LEGAL WAR
  24. in occurance at that time.

  27. holding SepDu orders were retained in service during
  28. the Persian Gulf War, as there was such an act in place.
