- excuse me, but there was NO ACT OF WAR for the
- events in vietnam. You will notice that there
- were personnel let out of military service,
- being but ONE of the minor things that point out
- the DOD was well aware that there was NO LEGAL WAR
- in occurance at that time.

- the Persian Gulf War, as there was such an act in place.
