  29. It's probably just a piece of fun speculation, but I think it will be signifi-
  30. cantly substantiated or disproven by the political bent of Clinton's next
  31. nominee.

  33. The more interesting question right now is that, since Clinton was fully aware
  34. of Baird's hypocritical disregard for the law, but decided it was OK and
  35. nominated her anyway, what does that say about his own ethics and respect for
  36. the law?  Should he resign too?  It's only the second day of his presidency,
  37. and people are already asking "How much did Clinton know?"
