  20. Well, personally I thought the speech itself sucked, and Clinton's
  21. delivery of it was poor too. You could see him reading it off the
  22. telepromter.

  24. But Limbaugh might as well do an analysis on Clinton's inauguration oath,
  25. for all the deep meaning behind it.

  27. For all his talk about substance over symbolism, Limbaugh doesn't provide
  28. much of it.
