  48. Where have YOU been for the last 12 years?  Remeber the brewhaha of Meese 
  49. for instance?  No!  Too bad!  Yeah, Brown is a bit sleazy, but he'll have 
  50. to go a lonnnnnng way to be as sleazy as say, Samuel Pierce of HUD, 
  51. Meese, or any of the other notable bits of crap than have happened in the 
  52. last twelve years!  Remember all the crap that happened under James Watt 
  53. that sent some of his underlings to prison? No?
