  12. Regardless of whether or not I want Bill to lose the
  13. next election, if he raises taxes on business or the
  14. middle class it will make things much worse.  I fail 
  15. to see the problem with trying to find something good
  16. from something bad.  I guess some people just brood
  17. on the bad and let it eat them up inside.

  19. So Mr. Irvin, I'll ask you, will raising taxes on the
  20. middle class and business make things worse or
  21. better?  If they make them worse is it not better to
  22. be optomistic about something?  Or should I put on
  23. the old sackcloth and mourne for our country day and
  24. night?
