  30. Well, I'm feline, and yes, hairballs -can- be a problem, if we use our
  31. tongues and paws to groom extensively. But we feline morphs also have a lot
  32. more control over when we get rid of them. (-Never- try to interrogate a
  33. feline morph after s/he has groomed. She might cough one up in your face,
  34. just for spite. <heh heh>) It's sort of like going to the bathroom for us.
  35. Once you get toilet trained, you stop tossing up hairballs uncontrollably,
  36. too.

  38. I usually only wash my face the 'old way', unless I'm preening for
  39. something special, or unless I have no other way to get clean. (Don't
  40. forget that a cat's saliva is also it's antiperspirant & deodorant). For
  41. the rest of the time, a shower or bath, followed by -lots- of brushing,
  42. does just fine.

  44. It -is- also a bonding experience though, and can be incredibly relaxing
  45. for us.
