  12.      Sorry, I can't help with the venue, but I can make two comments.  
  13. First, although the show evidently is from '84 judging by the setlist, it 
  14. couldn't have been in April, since I believe that tour didn't start until 
  15. mid-summer.  Second, "Totally Free" is actually titled "Teenage Wind."  
  16. (Any hints as to what the other question-mark songs are?)
