  33. Hey! What everyone's failing to realise is that the _window_ isn't the
  34. gateway to the artificial universe. The door is! Witness Roosta's message:

  38. (or something like that.) And also what he (Roosta) said earlier on:

  40. "He's got a whole different universe in his office."

  42. Here's my point. The artificial universe is _in_ the office. The door
  43. is the gateway between it and the real universe, so when you go through
  44. the door, and into the office, you're in the artificial universe. The
  45. reason for Roosta saying "go through the window" was that if Zaphod and
  46. Marvin had gone through the door, they would have ended up back in the
  47. _real_ universe!
