- I think I've seen crosswalks in the U.S. with stripes like these, but I believe
- they had borders, which the British ones don't. Then again, maybe
- I'm making that up. Crossalks are one of those things you see every day
- but never pay any attention to, like the order of the lights on a
- horizontal stop light.
