  17. I am getting sick of hearing all you druggies encouring kids to use
  18. drugs. Its bad enough that you are using crack and heroin, cousting us
  19. honest taxpayers billions in crime and medicine. But you want to ruin
  20. the future of our kids as well!

  23. anyone caught using drugs out of the country. Revoke all citizenship,
