  13. It has only been a few days now, but the tremors are starting.
  14. I dream the dreams, crave the cravings, occasionally wake up
  15. startling the cat who somehow knows the truth.  And I wish
  16. I were somewhere else but know not the destination.  Such an
  17. addiction and so difficult to admit: even the most brazen
  18. shall laugh at me in hollow derision, but must I confess in
  19. order to put it all in perspective, or shall I try for a
  20. cure or continue living this way, saving my pennies for the
  21. next box of Panda licorice shipped covertly from a distant
  22. land, a small factory half hidden in a forested hillside,
  23. happy trolls operating giant licorice making apparatus
  24. in Finlandia.
