- The correct answer is BE DAMNED CAREFUL! Remember, it's a Federal
- Offense, even if it's a private company. At least that was the way it was
- handled with my friend in Florida several years ago. Here's the story:
- <>
- A couple of guys living in the same house decided to send a bunch of
- Quaaludes to another state, via UPS. Like idiots, they included the
- REAL address of the house, "in case something happened and it couldn't
- get delivered". Two days later, the police knocked on the door at 7:30 AM
- and took everyone's photo, carried the photos to the UPS lady (who had
- become suspicious for some reason or another), got her to identify the
- WRONG PERSON (who the cop had taken a dislike to during the initial photo
- session), arrested the guy, and sent him to jail. True Story. (The
- real culprits got away scot free.)
- <>
- If you must use the mail to send illicit stuff, use a fake return
- address! And you might consider sending it to Joe Smith c/o My Pal, or
- something along those lines. L8R...
