- I think that dyskinesia (uncontrollable writhing or flailing movement) will
- kick in well before psychosis with L-Dopa. Bromocriptine (a dopamine
- agonist) is a different story.

- By the way, just in case somebody has access to pure L-Dopa, it should really
- be taken in conjunction with carbidopa (the prescription name of the combo is
- Sinemet.) Levodopa alone will cause raging nausea in most people.
