  33.     The guy in question is the WONDERFUL Jello Biafra, ex-lead  
  34. singer for the Dead Kennedys who now goes around, telling "Fuck  
  35. Facts" and tales of governmental woe.  He's a hell of a man.  The  
  36. speech that you're wondering about is from his third spoken word  
  37. album, "I Blow Minds For A Living", and is usually available for  
  38. about 12 bucks on CD, which is great, because it's a double CD!!  The  
  39. whole album is great, but that segment is choice.  He gleans most of  
  40. his info from "The Emperor Wears No Clothes" by Jack Herer...
