  22. Maybe you're using the wrong kind of soil.

  24. Topsoil is bad -- it does not drain well.
  25. Potting soil is good.
  26. Peat moss is even better.
  27.  
  28. Be sure to keep everything moist, but not completely saturated.  Hemp roots
  29. rot without oxygen.
