  19. At some pharmacies and many health food stores one can buy Valerian
  20. root extract.  This product is sold as a anxiolytic, sedative and
  21. hypnotic.  I have done a small lit. search (although the journals I
  22. have yet to actually read, hard to get hold of).

  25. Well, a friend of mine brought some over one night, and he and my roommate
  26. tried taking quite a bit of it (along with various other substances, all
  27. legal) and she loved it... Very relaxing...
