  27. Clinton wouldn't have taken office yesterday.  Instead the most powerful nation
  28. in the world once against hands the reins of power from those that were in
  29. to those that weren't.  That's the sweet taste of Democracy, which you can
  30. thank 40 years of Cold War leadership and military strength for.
