- That MalayalaM is a palindrome when written in either English or Hindi
- makes the word unique or at least special. But that does not say much
- about the language.

- But there is something unique about the language. I cannot remember the
- word now, but it is something close to "palindrome". I remember this
- from Salman Rushdie's "Midnight's Children" where he describes
- Malayalam as the only "-------" language (I am not proud of the fact
- that I had the misfortune to read that book). It has some thing to do
- with the the tongue movement while speaking Malayalam, about palate,
- nose or the like........
