- I was watching 'Rocket Attack U.S.A' the other night (thanks again
- Judex!!!) and was struck by something. At the end, the bombing of
- New York City by a small fission bomb is represented by a Hydrogen
- Bomb blast in the Pacific. Now, if the people making this turkey had
- had to actually blow up some atoll to get the footage it would have
- pushed their budget *WAY* over their obvious $24.95 budget. So, what
- are the most expensive examples of stock footage that you can think of?
- I suppose the Challenger explosion would have to rank right up there but
- the only movie I've seen that in was Robo-Cop and as it was used as stock
- footage it didn't count.
