  14. I saw this film last year and I believe it was Belgian.
  15. Anyway it was a great movie.  About a guy who believes 
  16. he's been seperated from his Rich family at birth and
  17. grows up next door at the middle class families residence.
  18. The movie is about his desire to "get even" with his
  19. usurping neighbor during his life.
