  12. Along similar lines to the concerns raised in Joe's post, let me 
  13. point out for those who may have missed it that Richard Thornburg
  14. is now Undersecretary for Administration at the U.N. ALong with 
  15. his other unsavory activities, this individual is responsible for
  16. the "Thornburg doctrine" which asserts the right of the U.S. to kidnap
  17. a foreign national to stand trial in the U.S. for violations of 
  18. U.S. law committed on foreign soil. This is easily the most blatant
  19. and unashamed assertion of imperial perogatives since the days of
  20. Teddy Roosevelt. Waht other toxicv waste did Bush and his internatiuonalists
  21. dump at this site?
