  22. Here's the situation.  Rush is an ENTERTAINER first and foremost.  He is
  23. not a journalist, reporter, or Geraldo Rivera.  He can do anything he wants
  24. to keep the show moving and interesting.  He has no obligation to let
  25. anyone say anything!  He openly admits this, and callers therefore have
  26. no excuse for not knowing this when they call.
