  15. Someone made a bad mistake, crossposting an article between a couple of
  16. small local groups at the University of California, Berkeley to a couple
  17. of high-volume talk groups.  As a result, 90% of the volume on some of the
  18. local ucb groups is being generated by people who don't even know that
  19. they are posting there.

  21. PLEASE check your Newsgroups: line.  I seriously doubt if ucb.english
  22. (the English dept at UCB) is relevant at all, and I also doubt if the
  23. other ucb groups are relevant.  And WHY is this on talk.environment?
