- To reach consensus it is (IMHO) sufficient to let elected
- representatives make the decision. That is OK because it follows
- democratic principles. I know of a case (University of Oldenburg,
- Germany) where the elected student representatives agreed upon a
- certain cut of the newsfeed, after the issue had been discussed among
- all people who had shown interest. There is nothing wrong with it, I
- think, you don't need 100% consensus for a democratically justified
- decision.

- This is true. But my contributions to the discussions deal with
- principles (not absolutes) that I think are important to follow even
- it is not possible to implement them 100%. But it is important to
- regard them, though. I'm not that unrealistic, but this doesn't stop
- me from stating what I think to be right or wrong.
