- constitutional rights by signing any piece of paper, limiting you
- from suing for events that took place after the signing of the piece
- of paper. How could you know what would happen in the future?
- Informed consent does not exist in such circumstances, unless the
- ex warned you that she would violate your constitutional rights to
- visitation.
