  21. No sysadmin wants to (or should have to) fight a lawsuit on behalf of
  22. ANY user.  If you have a problem with an individual's actions in a 
  23. public forum, why should you expect the organization to censure (or
  24. censor) that individual?

  26. If you believe that the absence of an explicit disclaimer makes the
  27. service provider liable for postings by its users, you are misunderstood.
  28. In _Cubby v. CompuServe._, a US court determined that CompuServe was
  29. *not* liable for postings/uploads made by one of its users.
