- Hey ACADers,
-
- Does anybody know of a file transfer bridge between CATIA 3.2.1
- and AutoCAD r12?
-
- We're using AutoCAD 12 on IBM PS/2 model 70s under DOS and
- CATIA 3.2.1 under VM/XA on an IBM 3090 mainframe. We will be
- removing the CATIA system in approximately five months and
- need to move several very LARGE model files that people
- have invested hundreds of hours in creating. IGES is not
- considered a viable option because of the vast amount of solids
- and surfaces involved. (Actually, IGES will be considered as a
- last resort...maybe an only resort).
-
- Any ideas or suggestions are welcome.
